It offers relaxing rooms with thin glass, a central view, bar, and every member of the staff was very cheerful. Excellent service, the breakfast is good. The lobby restaurant serves reasonably priced food.

Location
Very noisy from the bar downstairs and the street outside. While the bed was clean and comfortable the room was shabby with the curtain falling down and the bedside lamp not working.

This place is in an amazing location right in the heart of everything, in a bustling area, and it's perfect for exploring Grafton Street.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would stay here again. The location was good and fab, just a short walk away from a city centre park. A supermarket and a convenience store were right next door.

I had to request a change in room as there were cracked floor tiles that moved and would cut my feet in the bathroom. The second room had mould in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, the room was grimy, the area was very noisy and there was no hot water for showers. When I advised the hotel staff about the lack of hot water she refused to believe me! I would never stay there again.

location
Dark and dreary. Small room. Noisey. Very overpriced (robbery actual).

I appreciated freshly cooked and excellent breakfast, beautiful views.
Had high-class freshly decorated room with great bed. All of the staff were helpful. This hotel had a central position in the center of almost anything.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
